Valkenswaard Facility Recognized by Ministry of Welfare for Top Results in Workplace Safety

Luikerweg, Netherlands - May 26, 2006

In recognition of superior workplace performance, Arlo Systems, Valkenswaard research facility was named one of the social and welfare Award winners by the Ministry of Welfare Development Division of Occupational Safety and Health.

Sponsored by the Safety Awards, the Ministry Award considers firms with an average total incident rate 10 percent or more below the national average. Considered facilities must be free from willful safety or health violations, discrimination violations or any work-related fatalities in the preceding three years. The annual award is granted to only six or seven manufacturing and construction firms.

Maintaining a healthy and safe workplace is a top priority for Arlo, said Len Jallen, Spokeswoman for Arlo Systems. We are pleased such recognition has been provided to our Valkenswaard facility, one of several in the Vanberger family that has achieved safety excellence.
